How it works
When a notification appears, what can be done?

Slack Admin Notifications

Slack Admin Notifications are sent directly to the channel to which the notification is configured.

Remediation

Remediations can also be performed within the Slack notification, if enabled. Once performed, the dashboard is immediately updated with the new incident state.
Note: For Slack, deletion can only be done for Slack Enterprise files and messages.

Slack End User Notifications

End user incident violators can also receive Slack notifications, if enabled.

Remediation

End users can also perform remediations within the Slack notification, if enabled. Once performed, the dashboard is immediately updated with the new incident state.
